Additional Professor – Salary from Rs.148200 to Rs.211400 per month.

Assistant Professor – Monthly Rs. 101500 to Rs. 167400 will be paid as salary.
AIIMS Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
MD in Anaesthesiology/MD/MS in Anatomy (Medical) OR M.Sc. + Ph.D. in Anatomy (Non-Medical)/MD in Biochemistry (Medical) OR M.Sc. + Ph.D. in Biochemistry (Non-Medical)/MD in Community Medicine/MS in ENT/MD in Forensic Medicine/MD in General Medicine/MS in General Surgery/MD in Microbiology/MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Age Limit:
Professor and Additional Professor – Maximum age should be 58 years.
Associate Professor and Assistant Professor – Maximum age should be less than 50 years.

Age Relaxation:
OBC candidates – 3 years
SC/ST candidates – 5 years
PwBD candidates – 10 years
